North Texas is slipping into a familiar weather pattern — it’s hot and it’s going to stay that way for a while.
Aside from some slight rain chances this week, Dallas-Fort Worth won’t see a whole lot of change to the forecast, said meteorologist Steve Fano with the National Weather Service.
There is a 30 percent chance of showers and storms Monday and a 40 percent chance on Tuesday. After a couple of hot and dry days, there’s a 20 percent chance the rain could return Friday.
